How long will my order take?
We aim to have all orders dispatched within 10-15 working days, However Some bespoke items may take a little longer. Please feel free to call our office for an accurate time scale.
Do you provide International delivery?

How do I track my order?
You will be given your consignment number and courier name when the item has left our premises. However please feel free to phone or email us anytime between 9:00 – 5:00 Monday to Friday and we will track your item.
What is your return policy?
Here at Rustic Furnitures Ltd customer satisfaction is of the highest importance to us. If for any reason you decide that one of our items doesn’t quite suit your surroundings, we will happily organise the item to be picked up and a full refund issued (minus original postage and return postage). Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds on bespoke items.
* Please Note that return postage can be more expensive than the original postage. You are more then welcome to organise your own arrangements.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us through email or phone and we will organise the rest.
All we ask is for you to package the item.

Do you provide finance?
Yes, Paypal finance is available for non-business accounts.
Can I send you a design?
Yes you can. Here at Rustic Furnitures Ltd nothing is more pleasing to us than turning your sketch into a beautiful piece.
All you need to do is draw a pencil sketch with dimensions and take a picture with your phone and email it to us and we will send you a quote and any suggestions we might have.
